Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your account and personal data. Delete your account or request data removal at any time.

Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your The Fur Finder account and associated data at any time. This action removes your account details, pet reports, registered pet profiles, comments, biometric scans, and notification history.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the app, open Settings, go to Account, tap Delete My Account, and confirm. Option 2: send an email request with your account email address and we will process it.

Data Retention

Active records are removed from our main database when deletion is processed. Operational backups are purged on the normal retention cycle, and only anonymised analytics may remain.
